The Collector’s Forum
The Collector’s Forum will open a special public exhibition as part of its 2026 gathering in Helsinki, Finland. Alongside the private invitation-only assembly, this year introduces the Outsider Hall, a curated presentation of exceptional objects and collections selected from digital submissions received from around the world. STChM is honored to participate in this inaugural expansion, which offers collectors, artists and curious observers a rare opportunity to present unusual works for consideration by the forum’s highly specialized membership. Submissions are now open for the 2026 Collector’s Forum and Outsider Hall.
The Outsider

For the first time in 2026, the forum will open a public exhibition in Helsinki through the Outsider Hall, a special curated section featuring selected submissions from artists, agencies, studios and individual collectors around the world.
Objects may be real or imagined, inherited or newly created, photographed or AI-generated. They may be treasured possessions, fictional artifacts, or personal works that carry significance, history or desire.
Selected submissions will be catalogued in the STChM Archive and presented as part of the 2026 Collector’s Forum in Helsinki, Finland.
Upload a single object or an entire collection. Include a title, a brief description and one or more images. Submissions are open to artists, designers, agencies, collectors and anyone with an object they believe deserves preservation.

STChM is pleased to present its 2026 submission to the Helsinki Collectors Forum, a curated selection of recent acquisitions, commissioned works and speculative artifacts drawn from the institute’s expanding archive. Spanning vernacular design, conceptual objects and singular editions, these pieces reflect Stoichemaan’s continuing interest in the unstable boundary between fact and fiction, utility and absurdity. Each item has been catalogued according to the forum’s standard auction format and is offered as part of this year’s exhibition and exchange of rare and unusual objects.
