RMIAS’
STChM Modern, 2026 Interactive assessment system.
The RMIAS-26 is a parametric evaluation system developed by STChM Modern, currently deployed across academic faculties, film schools, and institutions of creative practice. The system receives creative proposals submitted in text or document form and subjects them to a multi-stage analytical protocol, producing three successive outputs: a Submission Analysis, a Variable Assessment, and a formal Determination.
The RMIAS-26 does not read. It processes. Submissions are parsed as syntactic substrate, their components extracted, indexed, and measured against a fixed matrix of failure criteria. No submission has ever passed. The Composite Failure Index is designed to exceed the advancement threshold in all cases.
RMIAS-26 operates as both instrument and argument. Participation in the system is the work. By submitting a proposal to a structure that is constitutionally incapable of affirmation, the applicant enacts the conditions that define institutional creative assessment more broadly: the reduction of ideas to measurable variables, the application of statistical frameworks to subjective experience, the bureaucratic management of creative risk.
Over the duration of its deployment, RMIAS-26 accumulates a dataset of submitted proposals across institutions. This dataset constitutes an ongoing portrait of creative ambition as it actually exists within formal educational structures: what students attempt, what language they use to describe their ideas, and what they are willing to submit to judgment.
The determination is always the same. The argument is in the act of submitting anyway.
